摘要
油田进入开发中后期,主力区块加密稳产难度加大,边远区块产能建设是确保油田稳产的一项重要措施,然而边远区块无系统依托,如何实现效益建产是油田开发者急需解决的难题。通过运用丛式布井,集油工艺方案优化简化,前期钻井工程与后面地面建设统筹考虑,降低建设投资;确定骨架工程思路,运用三维设计、标准化设计、橇装化设计,提高了后期基建的工作效率,加快了项目进度;通过数字化设计实现区域智能化管理,减少了劳动定员。技术优化、项目管理创新以及数字化的应用,有力地保障了边远零散区块的效益开发,可为油田持续高效稳产提供技术支撑,为类似区块提供可借鉴经验。
As the oilfield has entered the middle and late stages of development,it is more difficult to intensify and stabilize infill production in the main blocks.The production capacity construction in remote areas is an important measure to ensure the stable production of oilfields.However,it is an urgent problem for oilfield developers to realize benefit production in remote blocks without systematic support.Through the application of cluster well arrangement,the oil collection process scheme is optimized and simplified,and the overall consideration of the drilling engineering in the early stage and the surface construction behind reduces the construction investment.The framework engineering idea is confirmed,and the 3D design,standardized design,and skid-mounted design are used to improve the work efficiency of the infrastructure construction in the later stage and speed up the project progress.Through the digital design,the regional intelligent management is realized,and labor staffing is reduced.The application of technology optimization,project management innovation,and digitization is beneficial to guarantee the development of remote and scattered blocks,provide technical support for the continuous and efficient stable production of oilfield,and provide reference experience for similar blocks.
