摘要 随着水下生产系统在深水气田开发中的广泛应用,监测和控制水合物、段塞流等流动安全问题的流动管理系统得到了发展和应用。水下气田流动管理系统常见的四种操作模式为实时模式、预测模式、假定模式和培训模式,系统的主要功能包括流动安全监测和分析、流动安全工况的模拟和预测,以及常规的数据存储、统计和报警等功能。流动安全监测和分析功能可实现参数实时显示、虚拟计量、水合物风险监测与分析、段塞监测与控制等;流动安全工况模拟预测功能主要包括泄放工况、增输和减输工况、启动和关停工况、气体循环工况、清管工况等的模拟与预测。对水下气田流动管理系统功能的分析和研究有助于更好地建设数字化智能气田,为水下气田的安全生产运行提供保障。 With the wide application of subsea production systems in deepwater gas field development,the flow management system for monitoring and controlling the flow safety of hydrate and slug flow has been developed and applied.The four common operating modes of the subsea gas field flow management system are real-time mode,prediction mode,assumption mode,and training mode.The main functions of the system include flow safety monitoring and analysis,simulation and prediction of flow safety conditions,as well as conventional data storage,statistics,and alarm functions.Flow safety monitoring and analysis function can realize real-time display of parameters,virtual metering,hydrate risk monitoring and analysis,slug monitoring and control,etc.The simulation and prediction function of flow safety conditions mainly includes the simulation and prediction of discharge conditions,increase and decrease conditions,startup and shutdown conditions,gas circulation conditions,pigging conditions,etc.The analysis and research on the function of the flow management system of the subsea gas field are helpful to better construct a digital intelligent gas field and provide a guarantee for the safe production and operation of the subsea gas field.
