榆树林油田含油污水处理工艺技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 为解决榆树林油田采出含油污水回注地层的水质标准要求高(“5.1.1”标准),已有含油污水处理工艺技术达不到工业应用要求等问题,对榆树林油田含油污水工艺技术研究及现场运行情况进行分析,于2004年开展了含油污水“5.1.1”深度处理工艺技术研究,现场试验“曝气→气浮→砂滤→超滤”工艺流程,并于2007年建成投产东16含油污水处理站,现场试验取得良好效果。目前,东16含油污水处理已运行13年,随着开发及生产需求的改变,工艺技术不断优化完善,适用性良好,处理后污水能够达到回注指标,为油田含油污水处理领域研究提供技术借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of high water quality standards("5.1.1"standard)for the recovery formation of produced oily sewage in Yushulin Oilfield,and the existing processes and technologies of oily sewage treatment cannot meet the requirements of industrial application,based on the analysis and discussion of the technological research and field operation of oily sewage in Yushulin Oilfield,the technical research on"5.1.1"in-depth treatment technology of oily sewage was carried out in 2004.The process of"aeration→air floatation→sand filtration→ultrafiltration"was tested on-site,East 16 Sewage Treatment Station was built and put into operation in 2007,and good results were obtained on-site.Until now,the station has been running for 13 years.Along with the change of development and production demand,the process technologies have been optimized and perfected continuously,the adaptability is good,and the treated sewage can reach the reinjection standard,which provides a technical reference for the study of oilfield oily sewage treatment field.
