PVA醇解废液生产醋酸钠及其在甲醇水溶液中溶解度 被引量:2

摘要 采用激光动态法测定了醋酸钠在甲醇-水溶液中的固液溶解度,考察温度、甲醇水溶液浓度对醋酸钠溶解度的影响。结果表明,醋酸钠溶解度随着温度的升高而增大,随温度降低而减小;随甲醇-水溶液中水的含量升高而增大。在醋酸钠冷冻结晶过程中,根据醋酸钠在甲醇-水溶液中的溶解度数据判断固液平衡点,当冷却降温至平衡点时必须注意加入晶种,防止出现过饱和现象,导致醋酸钠结晶粒径过小。此外并根据醋酸钠在甲醇-水溶液中的溶解度数据,设计了醋酸钠生产流程和装备。 The solid-liquid solubility of sodium acetate in methanol-water solution was measured by laser dynamic method,and the effects of temperature and methanol solution concentration on the solubility of sodium acetate were also investigated.The results show that the solubility of sodium acetate increases with increasing temperature and decreases with decreasing temperature;the solubility increases with increasing water content in the methanol-water solution and decreases with decreasing water content.The solid-liquid equilibrium point is judged based on the solubility data of sodium acetate in the methanol-water solution during the freezing crystallization process.When cooling to the equilibrium point,it is necessary to adding seed crystals to prevent from oversaturation,which could lead the sodium acetate crystal particle size to be too small.In addition,the production process and equipment of sodium acetate have been designed according to the solubility data of sodium acetate in methanol-water solution.
