摘要
中医药是脑梗死恢复期的治疗方法之一,近年来取得了一定的研究进展。文章从针灸、中药方剂、针药结合及其他治疗方法(中药烫熨、蜡疗、穴位贴敷)等方面对脑梗死恢复期的临床应用特点及其作用机制进行总结,以期为脑梗死恢复期的治疗提供新思路、新方向。
Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the treatment methods of cerebral infarction convalescence,and has made certain research progress in recent years.This paper summarizes the clinical application characteristics and mechanism of cerebral infarction in convalescent period from the aspects of acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine prescription,combination of acupuncture and medicine and other treatment methods(Chinese medicine ironing,wax therapy,acupoint application),so as to provide new ideas and new directions for the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence.
