改良森田疗法在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的应用

Application of Improved Morita Therapy in Rehabilitation Nursing of Patientswith Schizophrenia

目的:探究了在精神分裂症康复护理中,改良森田疗法的作用分析。方法:选择广西南宁市第五人民医院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的100例精神分裂症患者进行研究。按照随机分配的方式将其分成对照组和观察组,观察组在常规康复护理的基础上进行改良森田疗法护理,对照组进行常规护理。对两组患者的康复效果进行对比。结果:观察组患者的康复水平明显高于对照组,进行改良森田疗法干预后,观察组患者的冷漠和焦躁心境明显改善。结论:在精神分裂症患者的康复护理中运用改良森田疗法具有明显的效果,不仅可以提高患者的生活质量,还可以提高患者的治疗依从性,让患者增加信心,减康复护理少护理风险。

Objective:To explore the effect analysis of improved Morita therapy in the rehabilitation nursing of schizophrenia.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Nanning Fifth People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected for study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random allocation.The observation group received improved Morita therapy nursing on the basis of conventional rehabilitation nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results:The rehabilitation level of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After the intervention of the improved Morita therapy,the apathy and anxiety mood of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved.Conclusion:The application of improved Morita therapy in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with schizophrenia has an obvious effect,which can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also improve the treatment compliance of patients,so that patients increase confidence,reduce the risk of rehabilitation nursing.
