PBL结合CBL在中医骨伤临床教学中的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of PBL Combined withCBL in Clinical Teaching ofOrthopedics and Traumatology Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨PBL结合CBL在中医骨伤临床实习中的教学效果。方法:以2018年5月至2019年5月在广西中医药大学附属瑞康临床医学院中医骨伤科实习的60位学生作为研究对象,随机将这60位学生分为观察组和对照组,30人/组。观察组予PBL+CBL模式教学,对照组予LBL模式教学。最后通过考试结合问卷调查方式来评价分析实习教学效果。结果:PBL+CBL教学组考试成绩及学生满意度调查均明显优于LBL组,PBL+CBL教学方法能够提高学生对学习的兴趣、自我学习能力、学习效率、相关文献检索的能力、专科临床思维能力及团结合作的能力。结论:PBL+CBL教学法有利于提高教学效果和学生综合素质,值得在中医骨伤科临床教学中推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics.Methods:The subjects were 60 students who practiced in the department of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology of Ruikang Clinical Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 participants.The observation group was given PBL+CBL mode teaching,while the control group was given LBL mode teaching.Through examination and questionnaire survey,analyze and evaluate the effect of practice teaching.Results:The test scores and student satisfaction survey of PBL+CBL teaching group were significantly better than that of LBL teaching group,PBL+CBL teaching method can improve students'learning interest,self-learning ability,learning efficiency,literature retrieval ability,clinical thinking ability and teamwork ability.Conclusion:PBL+LBL teaching method is beneficial to improve teaching effect and students'comprehensive quality,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.
