摘要
文章指出偏远地区制造型企业受到自然环境、交通条件、配套设施、当地经济文化发展水平及教育水平的限制,在人员招聘中存在诸多困难,造成人员需求大与人员招聘到位不足的矛盾。通过对偏远地区制造型企业招聘工作的现状进行分析,指出偏远地区制造型企业自身在员工招聘工作中存在的问题,并据此提出应对措施,旨在使这些企业的招聘工作能够有效开展。
The paper points out that the manufacturing enterprises in remote areas are restricted by the natural environment,traffic conditions,supporting facilities,local economic and cultural development level and education level,and there are many difficulties in personnel recruitment,resulting in the contradiction between large demand for personnel and insufficient recruitment.Through the analysis of the current situation of the recruitment work of manufacturing enterprises in remote areas,this paper pointed out the problems existing in the staff recruitment work of manufacturing enterprises in remote areas,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming at making the recruitment work of these enterprises carry out effectively.
