摘要 文章以班级专业汇报演出为例,积极探索艺术院校大学生班集体凝聚力建设途径,旨在让低年级学生适应大学生活、融入班集体、夯实专业基本功、感受专业魅力,让高年级学生深入锻造专业能力、提升综合素质、展示学习成果、顺利接轨社会,最终达到丰富校园文化、加强思想教育、促进学风建设、推动班级建设、提升班级凝聚力等目的。 The article takes the class professional report performance as an example,actively explores ways to build cohesion among college students in art colleges,aiming to make the junior students adapt to the to adapt to university life,integrate into the class geoup,consolidate professional basic skills,and feel the professional charm,so that the senior students can deeply forge their professional ability,improve their comprehensive quality,display their learning achievements,and smoothly integrate into the society,and ultimately achieve the goals of enriching campus culture,strengthen ideological education,promote the construction of style of study,promote class construction,and enhance class cohesion and other purposes.
