摘要
早期高糖引起的"代谢记忆"对机体的持续性损伤是导致糖尿病及其并发症的重要原因。目前,临床上对于抑制代谢记忆的治疗效果有限。近年,在体外实验中,可以观察到降糖药物可抑制代谢记忆,从而减少糖尿病血管并发症。文章总结了一些药物在体外实验中对糖尿病代谢记忆的影响机制,包括二甲双胍、白藜芦醇、肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂、格列齐特及黄芪多糖。
The "metabolic memory" caused by early high sugar continuously damages the body, which is an important cause of diabetes and its complications. At present, in clinical practice, the therapeutic effect of inhibiting metabolic memory is limited. In recent years, in vitro tests, it can be observed that hypoglycemic drugs can inhibit metabolic memory, thereby reducing diabetic vascular complications. This review summarizes the influence mechanisms involved in the metabolic memory of hypoglycemic drugs in vitro experiments, including metformin,resveratrol, dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4) inhibitor, gliclazide and astragalus polysaccharide.
