多国新型冠状病毒感染病死率及其抗病毒方案差异的比较分析

Effect of differences of antiviral among several countries on their mortality of COVID-19

目的探讨中国、美国、意大利、英国等国针对新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)抗病毒治疗方案的差异对患者转归的影响。方法对比中国卫生健康委员会、美国胸科医师协会、意大利传染病和热带病学会伦巴第分会及英国国家医疗服务体系发布的新型冠状病毒抗病毒治疗方案,比较上述四国疫情集中爆发地区及全国的病死率差异。结果不同国家抗病毒方案存在差异。中国武汉市、美国纽约市、意大利米兰市、英国伦敦市病死率分别为7.69%,8.41%,16.55%,15.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中国湖北省、美国纽约州、意大利伦巴第大区、英格兰病死率分别为6.62%,7.64%,18.04%,23.35%(P<0.05);中国、美国、意大利、英国病死率分别为5.58%,5.75%,14.41%,14.20%(P<0.05)。结论不同国家对抗病毒药物的选择差异可能是影响COVID-19转归的因素之一。

Objective To explore the difference on antiviral therapy to COVID-19 patients and the outcome in China, USA, Italy and UK. Methods Comparing the differences of antiviral therapy according to the guidelines published by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China, American Thoracic Society, the National Health Service system of the United Kingdom, Lombardy Section of the Italian Society of Infectious and Tropical Diseases, the mortality rates of the four countries, regions and cities with outbreaks of the virus were compared. Results There were differences in antiviral treatments among different countries. The mortality rates in Wuhan, New York, Milan and London were 7.69%, 8.41%, 16.55% and 15.53%(P<0.05).The mortality rates were 6.62% in Hubei Province, 7.64% in New York State, 18.04% in Lombardy region and 23.35% in England(P<0.05).The mortality rates in China, USA, Italy and UK were 5.58%, 5.75%, 14.41%, and 14.20%, respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Differences in antiviral drugs in different countries may be one of the reasons affecting the outcomes of COVID-19 patients.
