摘要
自噬是指在多种分子调控下,细胞内的自噬小泡包裹受损细胞器及衰老的生物大分子,并将其输送至溶酶体进行消化降解并循环利用的过程,也被称为“Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡”。近年来许多研究已证实自噬参与了多种细胞功能的调控并与多种疾病发生发展密切相关。创面愈合是涉及多种病理生理过程的复杂生物学行为,大量研究表明自噬也贯穿了创面愈合的整个过程,并在炎症期、血管新生期、再上皮化期及瘢痕期均发挥了不同程度的作用。现本文将近年来关于自噬在创面愈合中的作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
Autophagy is a process in which under the control of various molecules,autophagic vesicles in cells coat damaged organelles and senescent biomolecules and transport them to lysosomes for digestion,degrada⁃tion and recycling,also known as“type II programmed cell death”.In recent years,many studies have demonstrat⁃ed that autophagy is involved in the regulation of various cellular functions and is closely related to the development of various diseases.Wound healing is a complex biological behavior involving multiple pathophysiological processes.Numerous studies have shown that autophagy also permeates the whole process of wound healing,and plays differ⁃ent roles in inflammation,neovascularization,re⁃pithelialization and scarring.In this paper,the recent progress of research on the role of autophagy in wound healing and its mechanism is reviewed.
