摘要
茶多酚是茶叶中重要的生物活性物质,具有多种保健药理功能,应用领域广泛。文章对茶多酚在保健食品、畜禽养殖、医药等行业中的应用进行了综述,并对发展趋势进行了展望。
Tea polyphenols are important biologically active substances in tea,which have a variety of health-care pharmacological functions.Tea polyphenols had been used in many fields.This article reviewed the application of tea polyphenols including healthy food,livestock and poultry breeding and medicine.The development trend of the application of tea polyphenols in health care and pharmacology were also prospected.
