当前脱贫攻坚的首要问题是实现农村贫困户的持续增收,而产业扶贫是解决贫困户增收的根本途径。本文结合陕西省汉中市南郑区产业扶贫的成功经验,总结了五个方面的启示。

The primary problem of overcoming poverty at present is to realize the sustained increase in income of rural poor households.And industry poverty alleviation is the fundamental way to solve the income increase of poor households.An Active Exploration on Industrial Poverty Alleviation in Nanzheng District,Hanzhong City,that's a big deal.This experience gives us great inspiration:give full play to the leading role of the government and select the industrial development projects accurately;to use sufficient funds for poverty alleviation in living industries and increase financial support;we should actively cultivate new management subjects and improve the mechanism of interest association;actively explore the"three changes"reform to stimulate the vitality of agricultural rural development;increase technical support,broaden marketing channels and so on.
