Optimal Design of Bag Filter for Air Pollution Control of Boilers in Thermal Power Plant

为了进一步增强袋式除尘器的除尘和净化功能,本文分析了袋式除尘器在我国的应用前景并提出了相应改进的技术路线,同时分析了新型的U型沉降脉冲袋式除尘器的工作机理,并通过清灰能力、除尘效率、排放浓度、漏风率等评价标准论证了改进后除尘器的性能,为除尘器在实际工程中的应用提供了参考。

In order to further enhance the dust removal and purification functions of the bag filter,this article analyzes the current application prospects of the bag filter in my country,and proposes corresponding improved technical routes,and analyzes the new type working mechanism of the U-shaped sedimentation pulse bag filter,and the performance of the improved filter has been demonstrated through the evaluation criteria such as ash cleaning ability,dust removal efficiency,emission concentration,air leakage rate,etc.,which provide the reference for the filter in actual engineering.
