沉香醇提物对顺铂诱导家鸽呕吐的止呕作用研究

Anti-vomiting Effect of Agarwood Alcohol Extract on Vomiting Pigeon Model Induced by Cisplatin

目的:探讨沉香醇提物对顺铂(DDP)致家鸽呕吐的止呕作用。方法:沉香各醇提物预处理给药后,采用DDP腹腔注射制备家鸽呕吐模型,记录并分别计算呕吐潜伏期、呕吐频率和0~2、2~4、4~6 h呕吐次数,观察家鸽胃腺组织的病理损伤情况,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中致呕神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)的分泌水平。结果:与模型组比较,沉香醇提物能显著延长呕吐家鸽的呕吐潜伏期,减少呕吐次数和呕吐频率,缓解胃腺组织的病理损伤程度,降低血清中5-HT和DA的分泌水平。结论:沉香醇提物可显著抑制DDP所致的家鸽呕吐,其作用机制可能与调节神经递质有关。

Objective:This study aims to investigate the anti-emetic effect of agarwood alcohol extract on vomiting model induced by cisplatin(DDP)in pigeon.Methods:Pigeon was pretreated with agarwood alcohol extract.Pigeon vomiting model was produced by intraperitoneal injection of DDP.Vomiting incubation period,vomiting frequency,and 0-2,2-4 and 4-6 h vomiting numbers of pigeon were recorded and calculated,and observed the pathological damage of pigeon gastric tissues.The secretion levels of serotonin(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with the model group,agarwood alcohol extract produced via the whole-tree agarwood-inducing technique(WTAAE)significantly extended the vomiting incubation period,reduced the vomiting frequency and vomiting numbers,relieved the pathological damage of gastric gland tissue,and decreased the secretion levels of 5-HT and DA in serum.Conclusion:Agarwood alcohol extract show significantly anti-vomiting effect on vomiting model in pigeon,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of neurotransmitter.
