益生菌发酵中药方法概述及其应用研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 中药经微生物发酵是中药发挥药理作用的关键过程。益生菌发酵中药具有提高有效成分含量、增强药效、扩大适应证、降低中药毒性、调节肠道菌群等作用。中药的现代发酵技术是以传统发酵技术与微生物学相结合发展而来,通常的发酵方式有固体发酵、液体发酵和双向发酵。其中基于液固发酵,益生菌发酵由好氧发酵、兼性厌氧发酵和厌氧发酵方式中的2种或2种以上组合,构成多级联合发酵,进一步提高活性成分含量和生产效率。益生菌发酵中药的应用已经涉及抗肿瘤、降血糖、治疗肝脏疾病以及化妆品、保健品和畜牧业等领域。探讨益生菌发酵中药的方式、优缺点和应用领域,为进一步深入研究中药的应用功效提供理论参考。 Microbial fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine is a key process of the pharmacological action of Chinese herbal medicine.Probiotic fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine has the functions of increasing the content of active ingredients,enhancing the efficacy,expanding the indications,reducing the toxicity and regulating the intestinal flora.The modern fermentation technology of traditional Chinese medicine is developed by combining traditional fermentation technology with microbiology.The usual fermentation methods include solid fermentation,liquid fermentation and two-way fermentation.Based on liquid and solid fermentation,probiotic fermentation consists of two or more combinations of aerobic fermentation,facultative anaerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation,which constitute multi-stage combined fermentation to further improve the content of active ingredients and production efficiency.The application of traditional Chinese medicine of probiotics fermentation has been involved in the fields of anti-tumor effect,lowering blood sugar,treating liver diseases,as well as cosmetics,health care products and animal husbandry.In this study,the methods,advantages and disadvantages and application fields of probiotics fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed to provide theoretical reference for further study on the application efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
