摘要 Lipin-1作为一种脂肪因子,与脂肪形成的转录因子关系尤为密切。Lipin-1具有两种功能:一是作为磷脂酸磷酸酶(PAP)1合成甘油三酯(TG)和磷脂;二是作为转录协同刺激因子通过与过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)和α(PPARα)连接,调节脂肪细胞增殖分化和脂肪酸氧化。这两种功能均影响胰岛素敏感性。Lipin-1基因表达的改变可能对胰岛素抵抗(IR)有着重要影响,或许会成为治疗胰岛素抵抗型2型糖尿病的新靶点。现就Lipin-1的双重作用在肝、骨骼肌与脂肪组织中对胰岛素抵抗的影响进行综述。 Lipin-1,as a fat factor,is particularly closely related to the transcription factor of fat formation.It has two functions:one is to synthesize triglycerides(TG)and phospholipids as phosphatidate phosphatase(PAP)1;the other is to regulate the proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes and fatty acid oxidation by linking with peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)andα(PPARα)as transcription costimulatory factor.Both of functions affect insulin sensitivity.The change of Lipin-1 gene expression may play an important role in insulin resistance and may become a new target for the treatment of insulin resistance type 2 diabetes mellitus.In this paper,the double effects of Lipin-1 on insulin resistance in liver,skeletal muscle and adipose tissue were reviewed.
