批量钢板开裂失效分析

Failure Analysis on Cracking of Batch Steel Plate

批量钢板在压力机上裁切后产生裂纹,采用宏观分析、金相检验、能谱分析和力学性能检测等方法对钢板开裂原因进行了综合分析。结果表明,批量钢板开裂的原因为钢厂原材料存在偏析带,偏析元素为Mn元素和S元素,与钢厂冶炼轧制工艺控制有关,属于原材料质量问题。

The batch steel plate cracks after cutting on the press.Comparative analysis of the steel plate was carried out through macroscopic examination,metallographic examination,spectrum analysis,mechanical property testing and so on.The results show that the reason of batch cracking of the steel plate is that the segregation zone exists in the raw material of steel plate,and the segregation elements are manganese and sulfur,which is related to the smelting and rolling process of steel plate and belongs to the quality problem of raw material.
