摘要 对于液压元件其使用的寿命,使用的性能好坏取决于诸多方面。其中一个主要的影响因素是环形缝隙的流动,影响间隙流动的因素有阀芯尺寸,油液参数。根据流体公式的论证,环形间隙的大小和其可以通过的流量呈三次方关系。环形间隙的变化也直接导致了如阀件泄漏量突变的直接原因。结合以往处理液压系统中的发热,卡死和不建压等非正常现象,说明液压元件的选用材质,加工方法和表面处理工艺将直接导致设备在长期使用过程中的性能。设备早期选用成本较低的液压元件会导致后期维修成本的大幅提高。 For the service life of hydraulic components,the performance depends on many aspects.One of the main influencing factors is the flow factor of the annular gap.According to the demonstration of the fluid formula,the size of the annular gap has a cubic relationship with the flow through it.The change of annular clearance also directly causes the sudden change of valve leakage.Combined with the abnormal phenomena such as heating,jamming and no pressure building in the past treatment of hydraulic system,it is indicated that the selection of material,processing method and surface treatment process of hydraulic components will directly lead to the performance of the equipment in the long-term use process.The early selection of low-cost hydraulic components will lead to a significant increase in maintenance costs.
