摘要
液压缸缸筒的直线度检测,对于提高缸筒制造精度,提升液压缸产品质量具有十分重要的意义。该文通过分析光电自准直仪的工作思路,研究开发光电自准直仪检测液压缸缸筒直线度工作装置,并与传统的三坐标的直线度检测结果进行对比。实际检测结果对比表明,开发研究的光电自准直仪检测液压缸缸筒的直线度工作装置,针对缸筒直线度的检测是有效的,能够满足实际生产要求。
The straightness detection of hydraulic cylinder is very important for improving the manufacturing accuracy of cylinder and the quality of hydraulic cylinder.Based on the measuring principle of photoelectric autocollimator,the straightness measuring device of photoelectric autocollimator is designed and developed in this paper.The results show that the device for measuring straightness of photoelectric collimator is effective for measuring straightness of cylinder tube and can meet the actual production requirements.
