摘要 通过对45个实际生产的单级双吸清水离心泵的双吸密封间隙由0.3~0.8 mm减小为0.2~0.6 mm的对比性能试验,泵效率提高1.6%~2%,对量大面广使用的单级双吸清水离心泵节能降耗巨大,社会经济效益显著。 the efficiency of the pump was increased by 1.6%to 2%by comparing the sealing gap of 45 single-stage double-suction water centrifugal pumps,which were reduced from 0.3 to 0.8 mm to 0.2 to 0.6 mm.The energy saving and consumption reduction of single-stage double-suction water centrifugal pump with large amount and wide use are huge,and the social and economic benefits are remarkable.
