摘要 生产压差是评价油井产能的重要参数,对采油工艺参数的设计和油井工作制度的调整具有重要意义。现有研究缺乏对其影响因素的全面系统分析,同时采用常规方法通过建立地质油藏模型对其进行预测费时费力。为了实现单井生产压差的快速定量表征,本文采用单因素极差分析法,确定了不同驱动类型油藏单井生产压差的敏感因素;在此基础上,结合响应曲面法建立了生产压差定量表征模型。研究结果表明:底水油藏影响生产压差计算的敏感因素为渗透率、夹层范围、水油厚度比和生产液量,边水油藏的敏感因素为原油黏度、渗透率、油层厚度、距离边水距离和生产液量;通过响应曲面法建立的生产压差定量表征模型,可以方便、快速、准确地预测不同地质模式和不同生产液量条件下的单井生产压差,有效指导了油田产液结构优化提液幅度设计和调整井最大液量设计,同时也可为新油田开发方案的快速设计提供指导。 Drawdown pressure is an important parameter to evaluate the oil well productivity, which is of great significance for the design of process parameters of oil production and the adjustment of oil well work-ing system.The current research lacks the comprehensive and systematic analysis of its influencing factors,and it takes more time and efforts for the conventional method predicting through geological reservoir model.In or-der to realize the rapid quantitative characterization of the drawdown pressure in single well,the sensitive factors of the drawdown pressure in single well for the reservoirs with various drive type have been deter-mined by single factor range analysis.On this basis,a quantitative characterization model of the drawdown pressure is made based on response surface method.The results show that the sensitive factors affecting the calculation of the drawdown pressure in the bottom water reservoirs are permeability,extent of interlayer,water to oil thickness ratio and fluid production,while the sensitive factors of the edge water reservoirs are crude oil viscosity,permeability,reservoir thickness,distance to the edge water and fluid production.The quantitative characterization model of the drawdown pressure established by the response surface method can be conve-nient,fast and accurate to predict the drawdown pressure in the single well under the conditions of various geological modes and fluid production.It effectively guides the increase range design of oilfield fluid produc-tion optimization and the maximum fluid production design of adjustment wells,and provides guidance for the rapid design of new oilfield development plan.
