摘要
中国石化长岭炼化公司与湖南中天元环保公司联合开发了催化裂化油浆膜过滤新技术,该技术基于特种陶瓷膜具有的耐高温高压、过滤精度高的特点,有别于其他传统过滤技术。油浆膜过滤技术从实验室小试、中试到工业应用试验,不断突破关键技术,新建了国内首套100kt/a催化裂化油浆膜过滤工业应用试验装置,在装置试运行期间进行了多项研究,包括:沥青质含量对过滤通量的影响,清洗时间与过滤通量恢复的情况,循环液固含量对过滤通量的影响,原料适应性和长周期运行等。工业应用试验取得显著效果,研究表明油浆膜过滤系统适用条件为:过滤温度260~310℃,过滤压差<200kPa,原料油在油浆密度1140kg/m^3、灰分2200~7380μg/g、沥青质含量<15%的条件下,油浆膜过滤系统稳定运行达1年多,滤后油浆灰分<50μg/g,滤后油浆平均收率>85%,满足油浆综合利用的要求。同时解决了多项制约装置长周期运行的问题,实现了装置长周期稳定运行,试验装置成功转化为生产性装置,为生产低硫重质船用燃料油提供了合格的滤后油浆调和组分,取得了很好的经济效益。
SINOPEC Changling Company and Hunan Zhongtianyuan Environmental Engineering Ltd.jointly developed a new FCC slurry membrane filtration technology,which is different from other traditional filtration technologies for it is based on the high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance and high filtration accuracy of special ceramic membranes.Key breakthroughs have been made continuously in slurry membrane filtration technology from laboratory test,pilot test to industrial application test.The first 100 kt/a FCC slurry membrane filtration industrial application test unit in China was built,and many studies including the influence of asphaltene content on filtration flux,the cleaning time and filtration flux recovery,the influence of solid content of circulating liquid on filtration flux,the raw material adaptability and long period operation have been carried out during unit commissioning.Remarkable results have been achieved in the industrial application test.The studies show that a filtration temperature of 260~310 ℃ and a filtration pressure difference of less than 200 kPa are the applicable conditions for slurry membrane filtration system.While the raw material oil has a slurry density of 1140 kg/m^3,ash content of 2200~7380μg/g and asphaltene content of less than 15%,the slurry membrane filtration system has been stably operated for more than one year.The ash content and average yield of the filtered slurry is lower than 50μg/g and higher than 85% respectively,meeting the requirements of comprehensive utilization of slurry.And many problems restricting the long period operation of the unit have been solved,achieving the long period stable operation of the unit.The test unit was successfully converted into production unit,providing on-spec filtered slurry blending components for the production of low sulfur heavy marine fuel oil and achieving good economic benefit.
