多水源补水在循环水系统的应用 被引量:3

Application of Multi-source Water Supplement in Circulating Water System

摘要 针对青岛市水资源短缺和石化行业的节水需求,某石化企业通过在循环水系统中应用多水源补水,提高了循环水系统的浓缩倍数,每年至少可节水24×10^4t,节约各类费用150万元,经济效益显著。根据循环水系统每种水源的水质特征,采用静态阻垢、耐余氯性能、旋转挂片缓蚀、稳锌率、动态模拟等多种方法进行试验比较,有针对性地筛选出合适的生物易降解高效缓释阻垢剂;同时根据现场实际制定水质稳定处理方案,按照方案调控循环水场补水比例、加药、排污、旁滤等运行操作。结果表明采用多种水源调控混合补水,使循环水场原本只靠新鲜水补水导致的浓缩倍数低、水耗大、结垢倾向严重的现象得以改善,同时也解决了膜法产水作为循环水水源使用长期存在的硬度碱度低、水质偏软、高腐蚀性的问题,使循环水系统水质得到改善,循环水系统能够正常稳定运行。 In view of the water shortages in Qingdao and the water-saving demand of the petrochemical industry,a petrochemical company improved the concentration ratio of its circulating water system by applying multi-source water supplement in the system and saved at least 240000 tons of water and 1.5 million yuan of various expenses each year,achieving remarkable economic benefits.According to the water quality characteristics of each kind of water supply in the circulating water system,various methods such as static scale inhibition,residual chlorine resistance,rotary coupon corrosion inhibition,zinc stabilization rate and dynamic simulation were used for experiments and comparisonsto screen out the suitable biodegradable and high-effi-ciency corrosion and scale inhibitor.Meanwhile,water quality stabilization scheme was developed according to the actual situations,and the water supplement proportion,dosing,pollution discharge and recycle water filtration in the circulating water plant were regulated according to the scheme.The results show that the low con-centration ratio,high water consumption and serious scaling tendency caused by only fresh water replenishment in the circulating water plant can be improved by using multiple water sources to regulate and control the mixed water supply.Meanwhile,the long-standing problems such as low hardness and alkalinity,low calcium and magnesium ion content and high corrosiveness of membrane produced water as the circulating water source can be solved,thus improving the water quality of the circulating water system and guaranteeing the normal and stable operation of the system.
