基于混合非零矢量的电压源逆变器FCS模型预测共模电压抑制方法 被引量:6

摘要 常规基于有限控制集模型预测控制的电压源逆变器共模电压抑制方法每个控制周期仅使用一个非零电压矢量因而其电流谐波较大,为此提出一种改进的基于双非零矢量的电压源逆变器有限控制集模型预测共模电压抑制方法。首先,为减小计算负担,设计一种基于电压预测的有限控制集双非零矢量模型预测控制方法;然后,分析死区和延时对所提双非零矢量预测控制的影响,并进一步进行改进,从而最终得到一种混合非零矢量模型预测共模电压抑制方法。该方法既可将共模电压完全限制在直流电压的六分之一以内,又可减小电流畸变率。仿真和实验结果验证了其有效性。 The conventional common-mode voltage suppression method of voltage source inverter based on the finite control set model predictive control only uses one nonzero voltage vector in each control period,so its current harmonic is large.Thus,an improved double-nonzero-vector based finite control set model predictive common-mode voltage suppression control method for voltage source inverter is proposed.First,to reduce the calculation burden,a voltage prediction based finite control set double-nonzero-vector model predictive control method is proposed.Then,the effects of the dead time and the control delay on the proposed double-nonzero-vector model predictive control method are analyzed,and further improvements are made.So,a hybrid nonzero vector model predictive common-mode voltage reduction method is obtained finally.The proposed method not only can restrict the common-mode voltage within one sixth of the DC voltage,but also can reduce the current distortion.Simulation and experimental results verify its effectiveness.
