高压氧结合HeNe激光多功能治疗仪对感音神经性耳聋患者症状改善情况分析 被引量:5

Analysis of symptom improvement of sensorineural hearing loss patients by hyperbaric oxygenation combined with HeNe laser multifunctional therapeutic apparatus

摘要 目的研究高压氧(HBO)结合HeNe激光多功能治疗仪对感音神经性耳聋(SNHL)患者症状改善情况。方法选择2015年1月至2019年12月于南通市第六人民医院收治的94例SNHL患者,其中男性50例,女性44例;年龄34~45岁,平均年龄36.93岁;根据患者的听阈,轻度39例,中度26例,重度29例;病程2~4年,平均病程2.26年;病因,梅尼埃病25例,药物中毒聋36例,噪声损伤33例。按照随机分组原则,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者47例。两组患者均采取HBO治疗,观察组在此基础上联合采用HeNe激光多功能治疗仪治疗,两组患者均治疗7~10 d。比较两组患者的治疗效果、血液流变学指标、听力检测指标、生存质量和不良反应。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组。经过治疗后,两组患者的全血比黏度(高切)、全血比黏度(中切)、全血比黏度(低切)和血浆黏度等指标均显著下降,且观察组下降幅度高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.01)。两组患者的Ⅰ波、Ⅴ波显著降低,Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期显著升高,且观察组Ⅰ波、Ⅴ波显著低于对照组,Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组生存领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域评分显著高于对照组;两组患者均未发现不良反应。结论在对SNHL患者的治疗中,HBO结合HeNe激光多功能治疗仪治疗,全血黏度显著下降,听力神经电位相关指标得到有效恢复,对于SNHL症状的改善具有积极的意义。 Objective To study symptoms improvement of sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL) patients by hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) combined with HeNe laser multifunctional therapeutic apparatus. Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,94 SNHL patients were enrolled, which included 50 males and 44 females, aged 34-45 years old with mean age of 36.93 years old. According to auditory threshold, 39 cases were mild, 26 were moderate and 29 were severe. The disease course was2-4 years with mean course of 2.26 years. The etiology included 25 cases of Meniere ’s disease, 36 of deafness by drug poisoning and 33 of noise injury. All of them were divided into observation group(n = 47) and control group(n = 47) by randomization principle. All of them were treated with HBO 7-10 days, and observation group was performed HBO combined with HeNe laser multifunction therapeutic apparatus. The treatment effects, hemorheology indexes, hearing test indexes, quality of life and adverse reactions between 2 groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. After treatment, the whole blood specific viscosity(high shear), whole blood specific viscosity(mid shear) and whole blood specific viscosity(low shear) and plasma viscosity of 2 groups were significantly descended,and the descended range of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group. There was significant statistical significance between 2 groups(P < 0.01). The Ⅰ-wave and Ⅴ-wave were significantly reduced, and wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ interval was significantly increased of 2 groups. The Ⅰ-wave and Ⅴ-wave of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and Ⅰ-Ⅴ wave interval was significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.05). The scores of survival, psychological, social relationship and environment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups. Conclusion It is demonstrated that HBO combined with HeNe laser multifunction therapeutic apparatus in treatment of SNHL patients could significantly reduce whole blood viscosity and effectively restore auditory nerve potential related indicators, which is of great significance for improvement of SNHL.
