摘要
为研究装配整体式异形柱框架节点抗震性能,对5个足尺梁柱节点试件进行低周反复荷载试验。试件分别为1个"一"形柱传统现浇节点试件;3个规范要求的装配整体式框架节点试件,其柱形状分别为"一"形、L形和T形;1个为一种新型节点预制的T形柱节点试件。试验得到试件的荷载-位移曲线和骨架曲线,并分析其承载力和延性等抗震性能指标。研究结果表明:装配整体式"一"形柱框架节点试件与传统现浇的"一"形柱节点试件相比,承载力、刚度无明显提高,延性、耗能能力更优;装配整体式L形柱和T形柱框架节点试件与同类"一"形柱框架节点试件相比,延性较差,刚度、承载力、耗能能力更优;装配整体式T形柱与L形柱框架的同类节点试件相比,刚度、承载力、延性都要更优,耗能能力略差;节点预制的T形柱节点试件与装配整体式T形柱框架节点试件相比,刚度、承载力、延性接近,耗能能力略差;两个"一"形柱节点试件均发生节点剪切破坏,其余试件发生梁端弯曲破坏。
In order to study the seismic performance of precast integral special-shaped column frame joints, low cyclic loading tests on five full-scale beam column joint specimens were subjected. One specimen is the "一" shaped column cast-in-situ joint specimen;three precast integral frame joint specimens required by the specification, their column shapes are "一" shaped,L-shaped and T-shaped respectively;one specimen is a new type of prefabricated T-shaped column joint specimen. Load-displacement curves and skeleton curves of specimens were obtained by test. The seismic performance indicators such as bearing capacity and ductility were also analyzed. The research results show that compared with the traditional "一" shaped column cast-in-situ joint specimens, the precast integral "一" shaped column frame joint specimens have better ductility and energy consumption capacity,but the bearing capacity and rigidity have no significant increase;compared with similar "一" shaped column frame joint specimens, precast integral L-shaped and T-shaped column frame joint specimens have higher bearing capacity, rigidity and energy consumption capacity, but the ductility is lower;compared with the similar L-shaped column joint specimens, the precast integral T-shaped column frame joint specimens have better rigidity, bearing capacity and ductility and the energy consumption capacity are slightly worse;compared with the precast integral T-shaped column frame joint specimens, the rigidity, bearing capacity and ductility of the joint prefabricated T-shaped column joint specimens are close, and the energy consumption capacity is slightly worse;two "一" shaped column joint specimens occurred shear failure of joint, the rest of the specimens occurred bending failure at beam end.
