摘要
磁(悬)浮列车在离轨面8 mm〜10 mm的空间沿着轨道向前“飞”,目前中低速(约100 km/h)、中速(不大于160 km/h)、高速(约500 km/h)磁浮列车车辆都是用铝合金材料制造的。日本计划2027年投入运营的01型磁浮列车车辆则准备用阻燃镁合金制造。较详细地阐述了中国磁浮铁路的建设历程、现状、发展趋势与轻合金材料在磁浮车辆中的应用,制造车辆用的铝材中国都能制造。2019年中国有挤压力不小于45 M N的大挤压机142台,占世界总台数215台的66%。
The maglev train "flies"along the track in the space of 8 mm-10 mm away from the rail surface.At present,medium and low speed(about 100 km/h),medium speed(≤160 km/h) and high speed(about 500 km/h) maglev trains are made of aluminum alloy materials.Type 01 maglev trains are planning to put into operation in Japan in 2027 are prepared to be made of flame retardant magnesium alloy.The construction history,current situation and development trend of China’s maglev railway and the application of light alloy materials in maglev trains are described in detail.All aluminum materials for vehicle manufacturing can be produced in China.By 2019,there are 142 large extrusion presses with extrusion force ≥45 MN in China,accounting for 66% of 215 sets in the world.
