多年以来,中国铝加工行业被误冠以“高耗能”之名,导致在项目审批、银行贷款、生产加工、国际贸易、上市融资、评比表彰等方面遭受了诸多不公正待遇。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,经济由高速增长转向高质量发展,要求宏观调控更加注重分类管理和精准施策,现在是为铝加工行业摘掉“高耗能”帽子的时候了。
