中国社会主义道路的经济成就、制度属性及其对世界经济的贡献,是世界百年未有之大变局之际需要好好总结的课题。新中国的经济建设是在一穷二白的起点上展开的,新中国前30年取得了伟大的成就,改革开放巩固和推进了这些经济成就,中国经济前30年和后40年是不能相互否定的,因为二者有着相同的基本经济制度。中国经济的制度属性涉及全民所有或集体所有的土地制度、公有制经济的主体地位、政府的宏观规划作用、对市场竞争机制的引入和利用等,这些制度要素相互联结,构成了中国的新型社会主义现代化道路。中国道路克服了西方金融资本主导的积累制度、改变了国家作为金融资本守夜人的角色、避免了诸多第三世界国家所陷入的新自由主义陷阱、制衡了新自由主义金融帝国的世界统治,中国道路具有引领全球化新阶段的制度潜能。

China’s socialist road's economic achievements,institutional attributes and its contribution to the world economy are topics that need to be summed up well.The economic development of new China is from the starting point of poverty.Great achievements have been made in the first 30 years of new China.The reform and opening up has promoted these econom-ic achievements.The first 30 years and the last 40 years of China's econo-my share the same basic economic system.The institutional attributes of China's economy involve the land system owned by the whole people or the collective,the dominant position of the public owned economy,the macro planning function of the government,the utilization of the market competi-tion mechanism,etc.These institutional elements are connected with each other and constitute the new socialist modernization road of China.China's road has overcame the accumulation system dominated by financial capital,changed the role of the government as a watchman of financial capital,avoi-ded the traps of Neo-liberalism that many Third World countries has fell in-to,and resisted the world domination of the Neo-liberalism financial em-pire.
