芜湖市高校女大学生乳腺癌知信行现状及影响因素

Status and influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice of breast cancer among female college students in Wuhu city

目的:研究芜湖市高校女大学生乳腺癌知信行现状及其影响因素,为乳腺癌防治及健康教育提供建议和对策。方法:自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取芜湖市4所高校600名女大学生进行问卷调查。结果:芜湖市高校女大学生乳腺癌知识总知晓率为70.79%,乳腺癌态度总持有率为71.15%,乳腺癌预防行为总形成率为62.31%。芜湖市高校医学专业学生知信行得分高于其他专业,大五学生知信行得分最高,母亲受教育程度越高知信行得分越高,接受过乳腺癌健康教育的学生知信行得分高于未接受过教育的(P<0.05)。乳腺癌知识、态度、行为之间均呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。专业、母亲受教育程度、乳腺癌健康教育是乳腺癌知识的影响因素;年级、母亲受教育程度、乳腺癌健康教育是态度的影响因素;专业、年级、母亲受教育程度、乳腺癌健康教育、乳腺癌家族史是行为的影响因素;专业、年级、母亲受教育程度、乳腺癌健康教育是知信行的影响因素(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:芜湖市高校女大学生乳腺癌知识、态度尚可,行为略差,应进一步加强乳腺健康教育工作,提升高校女大学生乳腺癌知信行水平。

Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice of breast cancer among female college students in Wuhu city,to provide suggestions and measures for breast cancer prevention and health education.Methods:A total of female college students from four universities in Wuhu city were randomly selected to fill in the self-designed questionnaires.Results:The total awareness rate of breast cancer among female college students in Wuhu city was 70.79%,the total attitude holding rate of breast cancer was 71.15%,and the total formation rate of breast cancer prevention behavior was 62.31%.The score of knowledge-attitude-practice of medical students in Wuhu city was higher than that of other majors,the fifth year students had the highest score,the score got higher with the increasing of their mothers′education degree,and the students who had received breast cancer health education scored higher than those who had not received education(P<0.05).The knowledge-attitude-practice of breast cancer were positively correlated with each other(P<0.01).Profession,education degree of mother,and breast cancer health education were the influencing factors of breast cancer knowledge;grade,education degree of mother,and breast cancer health education were the influencing factors of attitude;major,grade,education degree of mother,breast cancer health education,and family history of breast cancer were the influencing factors of practice;and major,grade,education degree of mother,and breast cancer health education were the influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice.Conclusions:The knowledge and attitude of breast cancer among female college students in Wuhu city is generally positive,the practice is slightly poor.The work of breast health education should be further strengthened to improve female college students′knowledge-attitude-practice level of breast cancer.
