摘要
针对精密仪器对作动器小空间尺寸、大推力及低热量扩散的特殊应用要求,通过分析传统音圈电机气隙磁场磁感应强度的不足,提出了气隙磁感应强度的改进结构,并通过Ansoft电磁有限元仿真软件验证了改进音圈电机结构的有效性和优异性,对音圈电机动子线圈的相关电磁参数进行了分析和计算,指明了音圈电机优化目标函数中主要影响的因素变量。
In view of the special application requirements of precision instrument for small space size,large thrust and low heat diffusion of actuators,a new structure design of air gap magnetic induction strength of traditional voice coil motor was proposed by analyzing the shortage of air gap magnetic induction strength;and through making use of Ansoft electromagnetic finite element simulation software,both the validity and superiority of the new voice coil motor structure were verified,including analysis and calculation of the moving sub-coil’s related electromagnetic parameters of VCM,and meanwhile,the main influencing factors in the optimization objective function of VCM were presented.
