摘要
为加强化工企业员工安全操作意识,提升操作水平,应用B/S架构、云计算等技术,提出了“工艺仿真建模+应急仿真建模”的方式,将工艺模型与事故、灾害模型有机结合设计了石油罐区应急操作仿真系统。引发初始事故后,仿真系统会根据不同的情况生成不同的灾害场,灾害场反作用于设备,导致事故多米诺效应。仿真结果表明:系统在罐区应急演练仿真中变化多,具有实时性,能够帮助企业员工快速掌握应急预案内容,并在仿真的基础上进行事故分析与验证、应急预案验证。
In order to strengthen the employee’s awareness of safe operation in chemical enterprises and improve their level of operation,having B/S architecture,cloud computing and other technologies adopted,and the method of"process simulation modeling plus emergency simulation modeling"proposed and the process model and accident and disaster models combined to design an emergency operation simulation system for oil tank farms was implemented.In case an initial accident occurred,the simulation model will generate different disaster fields according to the situations and the disaster fields generated will react on the equipment to terminate accident domino effect.Simulation results showed that,the system designed has many changes and good real-time performance in emergency drill simulation.It helps employees quickly grasp the contents of emergency plans.On the basis of simulation,accident analysis and emergency plan verification can also be carried out.
