摘要
现代矿山开采呈现大型动力机械化水平不断提高和深井、超深井深部开采两大特征。特殊作业环境条件下,大型动力机械操控员工的岗位职能心理适应性成为突出矛盾。本文应用心理测量方法,对矿山深井大型动力机械操控员工的反应能力、注意能力等心理水平差异予以区分,根据岗位职能特殊性,实施相应的心理资源配置,增强深井作业矿工的人-机、人-岗、人-职的心理相适应相匹配水平,具有提高劳动生产效率和安全生产防范事故的双重现实意义。
Modern mining is characterized by the continuous improvement of large-scale power mechanization and deep or ultra-deep mining.On the basis of special operating environment,the psychological adaptability of the job functions of the large power machinery operating staff has become a prominent contradiction.It is of double practical significance of improving productivity and preventing accidents to apply psychological measurement methods to distinguish the workers’different abilities in response and attention,who manipulates the large-scale power mechanization,to implement corresponding psychological resource allocation according to the specialty of job functions,and to enhance the deep-well miners’psychological adapting and matching levels between workers and machinery,workers and jobs,workers and duties.
