摘要
随着大学体育社团的不断发展,社团内部利益相关者之间的利益冲突、矛盾加剧,阻碍社团的可持续发展。为此,本文以利益相关者理论为指导,对大学体育社团的利益相关者及利益相关者之间存在的利益冲突和问题进行分析,进而提出了以体育社团的各利益相关者利益均衡化为前提,促进大学体育社团可持续发展的可行性对策。研究结果如下:针对当前大学体育社团发展存在校团委支持和指导力度不够、社团内部管理制度不健全、供需利益不均衡等问题,因此,应从完善校团委内部机制,提升政策支持力度、加强社团组织建设,建立完善评估体系、建立体育社团市场化路径,促进利益共赢发展、实现体育社团的开展形式与体育教学的基本要素对接,促进双向互助发展等方面,推动大学体育社团可持续发展。
With the continuous development of college sports associations,interest conflicts and conflicts among stakeholders within the associations have intensified,hindering the sustainable development of the associations.Therefore,based on the stakeholder theory as the instruction,to college sports communities between stakeholders and stakeholder analysis of existing problems and conflicts of interest,and then puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of university sports associations based on the balanced interests of stakeholders of sports associations.The results of the study are as following:In view of the problems existing in the development of university sports associations,such as insufficient support and guidance from the youth league committee,imperfect internal management system of the associations,and unbalanced interests of supply and demand,etc.Therefore,we should improve the school internal mechanism,improve policy support;strengthen the construction of social organizations,establish a perfect evaluation system,to set up the marketization of sports community path,promote the interests and win-win development,realize the development of the sports community forms with the sports teaching the basic elements of docking,promote two-way mutual development and so on,the sustainable development of university sports clubs.
