基于树脂基复合材料成型模模块数据系统软件的开发

Development of data system software for resin-based composite material moulding die module

针对树脂基复合材料产品及其模具设计制造特点进行数据库架构,通过对数据进行有效的分析和分类的整合,搭建了储存树脂基复合材料成型模及其产品信息的后台SQL数据库和FTP服务器。基于Visual Stiudio软件和C#语言编程,设计开发了树脂基复合材料成型模模块数据库系统软件,实现了树脂基复合材料产品和成型模的设计、选材、数值模拟及成型试模评价等相关数据库快速精确检索,有效缩短树脂基复合材料产品设计及模具开发的周期。

A database structure was designed according to the resin-based composite materials products and the characteristics of the mould design and manufacturing.Through the effective analysis of data and the integration of classification,the SQL database and FTP server were built to store the information of resin matrix composite moulding die and its products.Based on Visual Stiudio software and C#language programming,the database system software of the resin-based composite material moulding mould module was designed and developed,and fast and accurate search of related databases of the resin-based composite material products and moulding mould design,material selection,numerical simulation and mould test evaluation were realized.The cycle of product design and mould development of resin-based composite materials was effectively reduced.
