高宽厚比微通道扁管铝型材挤压模设计与数值模拟

摘要 基于塑性成形理论,分析研究了某一高宽厚比微通道扁管铝型材的挤压成形工艺,根据扁管截面特点选择合适的坯料尺寸,设计挤压模。采用数值模拟技术对模具设计方案进行验证、分析与优化,并通过试验证明挤压工艺与模具设计方案的合理性,试验结果与模拟结果相符,可为同类型微通道扁管铝型材的挤压成形提供参考。 Based on the theory of plastic forming,the extrusion technology of a microchannel aluminum tube with high width-to-thickness ratio was analyzed.According to the characteristics of the tube section,the appropriate billet size was selected and the structure of extrusion die was designed.The die design scheme was verified,analyzed and optimized by using numerical simulation technology,and the rationality of the extrusion process and die design scheme was proved through experiments.The test results were consistent with the simulation results,which could provide a reference for the extrusion process of the same type of microchannel aluminum tube.
