摘要
目的探讨中医特色糖尿病健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的临床干预效果及护理方法。方法将我院糖尿病科2018年1月—2019年1月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各50例,两组患者均给予控制血糖、降脂等常规性治疗,对照组给予糖尿病常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上开展中医特色糖尿病健康教育,干预6个月后进行效果评价。结果干预后,两组患者的生化指标均有下降,其中,观察组的FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生存质量8个维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展具有中医特色的糖尿病健康教育,有助于控制患者的血糖情况,改善各项代谢指标,提高临床治疗效果,提高患者疾病相关知识水平,提高患者自身管理能力,提高患者的生活质量,在糖尿病的防治中有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its nursing methods.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment of blood glucose control and lipid lowering.The control group was given the routine health education of diabetes.On this basis,the observation group carried out the model of diabetes health education in traditional Chinese medicine.After the intervention,the effect was evaluated after 6 months.Results after the intervention,the biochemical indexes of the two groups were decreased,and the FBG,2hPG,HbAlc and TG of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the 8 dimensions of the quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference had the significance of the overall planning(P<0.05).Conclusion the development of diabetes health education with tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine is helpful to control the patient's blood sugar,improve the metabolic index,improve the clinical treatment effect,im⁃prove the knowledge level of the patient's disease,improve the patient's management ability and improve the quality of life of the patients.
