四缝挑治结合毫针治疗神经根型颈椎病

Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Four Stitches Combined with Milliacupuncture

目的:探讨四缝挑治结合毫针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年8月在某院诊治的神经根型颈椎病患者300例,对照组给予电针治疗,观察组给予四缝挑治结合毫针治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应情况低于对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组的治疗总有效率(78.67%),P<0.05。结论:四缝挑治结合毫针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果显著,可很大程度上降低患者的疼痛度,安全可靠,获得患者的高度认可,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of four stitches combined with milliacupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:300 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in a hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with four-suture treatment combined with milliacupuncture.Results:The VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of four sutures and milliacupuncture therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is effective,safe and reliable in reducing the pain degree of patients,which gets the patient's high recognition,and is worthy of clinical application.
