关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗盘状半月板损伤的效果分析

Effect of Arthroscopic Meniscus Suture on Discoid Meniscus Injury

目的:探究关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗盘状半月板损伤的效果。方法:从某院收治的盘状半月板损伤患者中选取68例作为研究对象,选取起止时间为2018年6月~2019年6月。将纳入研究的患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各34例,其中对照组行关节镜下半月板切除术治疗,观察组行关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗,对比两组患者的围手术期指标、膝关节功能Lysholm评分变化及术后并发症。结果:观察组患者手术时间长于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前Lysholm评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),术后6个月,观察组患者Lysholm评分高于对照组患者,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后关节僵硬等并发症发生率低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下半月板成形缝合术较半月板切除术更为复杂,但患者术后膝关节功能恢复更理想,并发症风险更低,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of arthroscopic meniscus repair and suture in the treatment of discoid meniscus injury.Methods:68 patients with discoid meniscus injury treated in a hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received arthroscopic meniscectomy and the observation group received arthroscopic meniscus suture,then the perioperative indexes,Lysholm score of knee function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:the operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).Six months after operation,the Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications such as ankylosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic meniscus suture is more complex than meniscectomy,but the postoperative knee function recovery is more ideal,the risk of complications is lower,and it has higher application value.
