CysC、尿mAlb、β2-MG联合检测诊断妊高征早期肾损伤的价值分析

Value of Combined Detection of CysC,Urine mAlb andβ2-MG in the Diagnosis of Early Renal Injury in Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的:分析血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿微量清蛋白(尿mAlb)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)联合检测诊断妊高征早期肾损伤的价值。方法:回顾性分析某院收治的105例妊高征患者临床资料,将合并肾损伤的50例患者作为观察组,将未合并肾损伤的55例患者作为对照组,观察两组CysC、尿mAlb、β2-MG水平,并以临床诊断结果作为金标准,计算单项及联合检测的诊断价值。结果:观察组CysC、β2-MG、尿mAlb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CysC、尿mAlb、β2-MG联合诊断敏感度、准确度高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CysC、尿mAlb、β2-MG联合检测利于提升早期肾损伤诊断准确率,进而可为临床诊治提供帮助。

Objective:To analyze the value of combined detection of serum cystatin C,urinary microalbumin andβ2-microglobulin in the diagnosis of early renal injury in pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 105 cases of patients with PIH was analyzed retrospectively.50 patients with PIH complicated with renal injury were taken as observation group,and 55 patients without renal injury were divided into control group.The levels of CysC,urinary mAlb andβ2-MG were measured,and the clinical diagnosis results were used as the gold standard,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of single test and combined detection were calculated.Results:The levels of CysC,β2-MG and urinary mAlb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of CysC+β2-MG+urine mAlb was higher than that of the single test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of CysC,urinary mAlb andβ2-MG can improve the diagnostic accuracy of early renal injury,which can help clinical diagnosis and treatment.
