分期标准化治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者临床研究

ClinicalStudy of Staged Standardized Treatment on Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的:探究分期标准化治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将2018年12月~2019年1月因患有骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的45例患者作为本次研究的主要对象,依据患者的病程时长分别分为急性期、康复期、慢性期3个阶段进行规范化治疗。对患者于治疗前、治疗两周、治疗两个月以及治疗半年后的临床效果通过疼痛视觉模拟量表进行评价;对患者的腰椎活动度进行仔细测量,对其治疗前、治疗半年后的腰椎活动度的改善状况进行评价。结果:治疗前的VAS与治疗两周后、两个月后以及半年后的结果相比治疗后有明显改善效果;治疗前的ODI与治疗两周后、两个月后以及半年后的结果相比治疗后有明显改善效果;在腰椎活动度上,治疗半年后患者在前屈、后伸、右旋转、左旋转、右侧屈、前侧屈等方面较治疗前有显著的改善作用。结论:分期标准化治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者对腰背疼痛和腰椎活动度的改善有显著的改善作用,有助于对患者治疗过程中药物的制定和运动治疗等方案,以提高患者的生活质量水平并且使治疗安全性更高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of staged standardized treatment on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:45 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from December 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the main object of this study.According to the duration of the disease,the patients were divided into three stages:acute stage,rehabilitation stage and chronic stage for standardized treatment.The clinical effects of patients before treatment,two weeks,two months and half a year after treatment were evaluated by visual analogue scale of pain;The lumbar range of motion of patients were measured carefully,and the improvement of lumbar range of motion before and half a year after treatment were evaluated.Results:Compared with the pre-treatment VAS scores,the VAS scores of two weeks,two months and six months after treatment showed significant improvement.Compared with the ODI before treatment,the ODI of two weeks,two months and six months after treatment showed significant improvement.In the lumbar range of motion,after half a year of treatment,the patients had a significant improvement in flexion,extension,right rotation,left rotation,right flexion,anterior flexion and so on.Conclusion:Staged standardized treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures has a significant effect on the improvement of low back pain and lumbar range of motion,which is helpful to the formulation of drugs and exercise therapy in the treatment process of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients and make the treatment safer.
