Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of oral Xiaoyan decoction combined with retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(35 cases, received oral Xiaoyan decoction)and study group(35 cases received oral Xiaoyan decoction combined with retention enema). The therapeutic effect, inflammatory factor index and hemorheological index of the two groups were compared. Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the control group was 80%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TNF-a,IL-6 and IL-1beta between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-a,IL-6 and IL-1beta in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The depth of pelvic effusion and the diameter of pelvic mass between the two groups before treatment were compared(P>0.05).After treatment, the depth of pelvic effusion and inflammatory mass diameter in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The inflammatory factors and lesions of chronic pelvic inflammation patients can be significantly improved by retention enema therapy on the basis of oral Xiaoyan decoction, with outstanding curative effect.
