炎琥宁联合氨茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Yanhuning Combined with Aminophylline in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

目的:分析炎琥宁联合氨茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年4月某院收治的60例慢性支气管炎患者,按数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组以氨茶碱单药治疗,观察组联合炎琥宁治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组发热、咳嗽、喘憋和肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组PaO2、PaCO2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组PaO2高于对照组而PaCO2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以炎琥宁联合氨茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎效果显著,可缩短患者症状恢复时间,改善血气指标,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Yanhuning combined with aminophylline in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to a hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into to groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminophylline monotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Yanhuning based on the control group,then the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheeze,and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PaO2 and PaCO2 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the PaO2 level in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group and the PaCO2 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanhuning combined with aminophylline has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which can shorten the recovery time of patients'symptoms and improve blood gas indicators,and is worthy of application.
