四磨汤联合茵栀黄口服液对新生儿黄疸患儿胆红素、免疫及神经功能的干预效果之探讨

Effect of Simao Decoction Combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on Bilirubin,Immunity and Nerve Function in Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探究新生儿黄疸患儿应用四磨汤联合茵栀黄口服液对其胆红素、免疫制剂神经功能的影响。方法:将2018年2月~2019年2月期间资料完整的100例新生儿黄疸纳入研究,使用茵栀黄口服液治疗的50例为对照组,使用四磨汤联合茵栀黄口服液治疗的50例为观察组,评价两组患者治疗后的胆红素、免疫、神经功能。结果:观察组治疗后胆红素水平(69.03±10.42)μmol/L低于对照组(114.58±14.85)μmol/L,免疫功能以及神经功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸采取四磨汤联合茵栀黄口服液治疗措施,降低胆红素,提高免疫及神经功能,加快患者康复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Simo decoction combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on bilirubin,immunity and nerve function in neonatal jaundice.Methods:100 cases of neonatal jaundice with complete data in a hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were included in the study.50 cases were treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid as control group and 50 cases were treated with Simo decoction combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid as observation group,then the bilirubin,immunity and nerve function of the two group were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the level of bilirubin in the observation group(6903±10.42)μmol/L was lower than that in the control group(114.58±14.85)μmol/L.The scores of immune function and nerve function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of immune function and nerve function in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of neonatal jaundice with Simo decoction combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid is worth popularizing and applying to reduce bilirubin,improve immunity and nerve function,and speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
