基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理在下肢静脉溃疡患者中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Based on Triangle Hierarchical Management in Patients with Lower Extremity Venous Ulcer

目的:探讨基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理在下肢静脉溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年10月~2019年11月于某院接受治疗的86例下肢静脉溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采取常规延续护理,观察组采取基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理,比较两组护理3个月的愈合有效率、治疗依从性、自护能力及护理满意度。结果:观察组愈合有效率95.35%高于对照组72.09%,观察组规范用药(95.35%)、按时复诊(97.67%)、疾病认知(95.35%)依从性均高于对照组(74.42%、81.40%、76.74%)(P<0.05),护理满意度97.67%高于对照组79.07%;护理3个月后,两组自护能力评分均升高,且与对照组(80.13±3.05)评分比较,观察组(89.65±2.73)评分较高(P<0.001)。结论:基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理可提高下肢静脉溃疡患者愈合有效率、治疗依从性、自护能力以及护理满意度,值得使用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on Triangle hierarchical management in patients with venous ulcers of the lower extremities.Methods:A total of 86 patients with venous ulcers of the lower extremities who were treated in a hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given regular continuation care,and the observation group received continuation care based on Triangle hierarchical management,then the healing efficiency,treatment compliance,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 3 months of nursing.Results:The healing efficiency of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.09%),the compliance of standard medication(95.35%),regular follow-up(97.67%)and disease cognition(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(74.42%,81.40%,76.74%)(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group(97.67%vs 79.07%).The scores of self-care ability the two groups increased after 3 months of nursing,and compared with the control group(80.13±3.05),the observation group(89.65±2.73)score was higher(P<0.001).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on Triangle hierarchical management can improve the healing efficiency,treatment compliance,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with lower extremity venous ulcer,which.is worthy of application.
