rTMS在改善滥用甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者中的应用效果及对患者焦虑情绪的影响

The Effect of rTMS in Improving Mental Disorders Caused by Methamphetamine Abuse and Its Influence on Patients'Anxiety

目的:探讨rTMS在改善滥用甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者中的应用效果及对患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年5月某院接收的34例甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各17例。对照组给予假刺激治疗,观察组给予rTMS治疗,对比治疗前后患者MoCA评分和SCL-90评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者的MoCA评分明显高于治疗之前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SCL-90各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者给予rTMS治疗,能显著改善患者认知功能,减轻焦虑等精神症状,治疗效果显著值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of rTMS in improving mental disorders caused by methamphetamine abuse and its influence on patients'anxiety.Methods:34 patients with mental disorder caused by methamphetamine enrolled in a hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group(17 cases)and observation group(17 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with sham stimulation and the observation group was treated with rTMS.SCL-90 score and MoCA score were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,MoCA scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).SCL-90 score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:rTMS therapy for patients with mental disorders caused by methamphetamine can remarkably improve the cognitive function of patients,reduce mental symptoms such as anxiety,with significant treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
