温针灸配合中医定向透药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对腰椎功能的影响

Curative Effect of Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Directional Penetration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation and Its Effect on Lumbar Function

目的:探讨温针灸配合中医定向透药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取76例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组联合温针灸和中医定向透药治疗,分析对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组而JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合温针灸和中医定向透药治疗LDH效果良好,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of warming needling moxibustion combined with directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 76 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and grouped according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received warming needling moxibustion combined with directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,then the curative effect was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming needling moxibustion combined with directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatment of LDH and is worthy of application.
