系统护理干预在接受心血管介入术的老年患者中的护理效果

The Nursing Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients Undergoing Cardiovascular Intervention

目的:探讨系统护理干预在接受心血管介入术的老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月某院收治的接受心血管介入术治疗的老年患者112例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各56例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行系统护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量、并发症。结果:研究组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理干预在接受心血管介入术的老年患者中的护理效果显著,可提高患者生活质量,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention.Methods:112 elderly patients who received cardiovascular interventional therapy in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 56 patients in each group.The control group was gvien routine nursing,and the study group received systematic nursing intervention,then the quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Complications in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of systematic nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention is remarkable,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
